Costs of clearing title, such as Discharge fees charged by encumbrance holders and Prepayment penalties (Costs vary).
The Real Estate Commission is to be determined with your realtor.
GST of 5% is payable on the Real Estate Commission (rebates may apply, depending on your purchase price).
